A ribbon cutting was recently held for Tierra del Sol Estates, Phase II, in Monte Vista. Community Resources and Housing Development Corp. board and team members took part in the ribbon cutting along with Monte Vista Mayor Dale Becker and Councilwoman Martha Lock. Mayor Becker spoke and was supportive of CRHDC efforts. Tierra del Sol Estates, Phase II, consists of 57 ready-to-build single-family lots. CRHDC stated, 'We appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with you and the City of Monte Vista to provide housing solutions.'
