Vic Duran, chairman of the SummerFest on the Rio Poker Run, presents a check for $1,222 to residents of Homelake Veteran’s Center. Fifty-one bikes participated in the benefit run on June 8.They enjoyed the ride and the companionship but most of all were so appreciative of the opportunity to stop and meet with the veterans toward the end of their ride and give thanks for their service.
