Palm Sunday, April 14 began the most sacred week in the Christian religion. Palm branches were given and waved in most Christian denominations on Sunday in a recreation of an account in the bible. The faithful will hold services all week in memory of the crucifixion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
