DANNIE JARAMILLO, 60

MONTE VISTA — Dannie Jaramillo, 60, of Monte Vista, died Dec. 13, 2012.

He was born Oct. 9, 1952 in Center, Colo., to Lloyd and Elisa Jaramillo.

Dannie enjoyed being outdoors, walking, spending time with his family and friends, he loved children, especially his nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was a very outgoing person and a very hard worker. He also enjoyed music and movies. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him.

His parents; his brother, Robert Jaramillo; sister, Eleanor Jaramillo; niece, Roberta Jaramillo and nephew, Rico Martinez, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his brothers and sisters, Annabell (Mario) Acala of Kansas, Edna (Bob) Williams of Center, Henrietta (Chuck) Dominguez of Center, Norma (Paul) Cordero of Monte Vista, Nellie (Scott) Lavato of Alamosa, Rose Jaramillo (George Rubago) of Alamosa, Anthony Jaramillo of Center, Gene Jaramillo of Center and Clarence (Lynda) Jaramillo of Kansas, along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nephews, great nieces and great-great nieces, godchildren and many beloved friends.

Cremation was selected and a memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at the Center Assembly of God Church. A Prayer Service will be at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, at the same church.

 Arrangements are in the care of Rogers Family Mortuary in Monte Vista.
