Norma J. Mueller, 86

MONTE VISTA — Services have been announced for Norma J. Mueller, 86, who died Sept. 21, 2012 in Monte Vista.

She was born April 13, 1926 in Fairbury, Neb., to William and Pearl Fox.

Norma spent most of her time outdoors, farming, fishing, gardening and going up to the cabins. She also enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Norma was also active in her church.

Her husband, Max Mueller, and one sister preceded her in death.

Survivors include her two sons, Mark (Kristie) Mueller and Mike (Sandra) Mueller both from Monte Vista; her sister, Lucille Novacek of Denver; four grandchildren, Jeremy, Megan, Shawn and Matthew Mueller, and three great-grandchildren, Cheyenne, Cash and Cason Mueller.

Services will be at St. Peter Lutheran Church at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5.
