Judith Ann Constantino, 72

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Judith Ann (Judy) Constantino , 72, died of complications from surgery July 7, 2012 in Salt Lake City.

She was born on May 13, 1940 in Monte Vista, Colo. to W.T. and Genevieve Ebel Froshiesar Adams.

Judy retired from the VA Canteen Services as the kitchen supervisor. She loved to cook for and entertain family and friends. Holidays were always special times at her house. She loved to decorate her home inside and out and won several “best decorated” awards.

She loved to sit on her porch and listen to music and talk with the many friends that were always dropping by, especially when there was a pot of chili or posole on the stove. One of Judy’s very favorite things was to listen to her brother Mike sing and play his guitar.

Judy was independent and loved to help all those she could, but was always thankful for those that helped her.

She is survived by her son, Allen (Linda Griffiths) Saxton of Windsor, Colo. her brother Mike (Kate Benzel) Adams of Kearney, Neb.; her sister, Lori Jackson of Boise, Idaho and her grandchildren Larissa, Avery and Shelby Saxton. She is preceded in death by her parents and two younger brothers, Thomas Adams and Jimmy Adams.

A memorial gathering was held Wednesday, July 11, at Larkin Mortuary in Salt Lake City.
