After a tumultuous previous two meetings in which the main focus was retail marijuana, last Thursday's meeting was a welcome change of pace. Monte Vista airport receives facelift

MONTE VISTA-- The Monte Vista Municipal Airport receives the finishing touches on a facelift for taxiway and apron pavements on Aug. 15. The project involved the removal of old, deteriorated pavement dating back to 1994.
