City welcomes Vance as new clerk

MONTE VISTA-- The city of Monte Vista announced that Unita Vance has been named as the new city clerk during the Thursday, Feb. 2 city council meeting. Vance was officially sworn into her new position during the meeting by City Manager Forrest Neuerburg.
Vance takes over the position after the resignation of long-term City Clerk Rhonda Valdez.
